I took my Tesla Model S Plaid here to add shims and have a wheel alignment performed. Ron showed me the alignment wasn’t that far off and shims aren’t needed. I trust KarPro to do honest, professional work that I can trust. I highly recommend them, starting with Barb at reception.
I got my windshield replaced with them. I noticed like a week and a half later there was a little leak in it when it would rain. They were so kind to get me right back in, they even offered me a loaner. Very very kind people

Had a slow leak in one of my tires I took my car to Kar Pro. They’re owner made coffee for me. They took my car in right away found a nail in it fixed it washed my car and was no charge because I purchased my tires from Kar Pro that’s great customer service. I highly recommend Kar Pro.
