professional and real good at her job
This is not a direct complaint on Dr Karpitskaya as it is on the overall staff and service at this facility. My wife sat for over an hour this morning for the second appointment in a row at this facility. She was taken back to a patient room and left sitting there to listen to staff in the hallway talk about their weekend od christmas shopping. Finally after an hour I told her to go up front and let someone know. After facing rude staff at the desk for the second time that morning she left. We are now looking for another ort... read more
