Len was a pleasure to work with. Carpet samples were brought directly to our home and install of 4 rooms+stairs was scheduled for the following week. High quality carpet/install and Len personally ensured we were happy with the result.
The flooring in our bathroom turned out beautifully! The crew was on time, professional, efficient and navigated some tricky cuts very well. Highly recommended.
These guys did a fantastic job. The product was exactly what I ordered, here when it was supposed to be, and put down to my satisfaction! After searching the market for 3 months I finally found these guys. 37% cheaper than my closest estimate from another company. The next was 52% higher so give them a chance. I myself would reccomend these guys for any hardwood or laminate, I got both! And the 2brothers installation company, they contracted to do my home! You guys did a great job! Thank you so much for all the hard work!
This business is terrible! After you decide not to do business,they keep the restocking fee which was not a problem but,they decided to keep the WHOLE charge of $4500.00.Then,he says he wants to make it right by asking for my address,which was given! Then,asking for my pay pal which was given! And nothing!!! I've complained to the BBB about this company. I think he knows how to play the system,because I have copies of e-mails and letters from him promising me this and that!!
Will never recommend these people to do anything. They harassed me while I was shopping for carpet, even when I said I just wanted a quote and to look around for whats out there. And as soon as they got my down payment they disappeared. Had to constantly call to get an answer to any of my questions, even when I had promises to get a call back on a certain day I wouldn't hear ANYTHING from them. My Sales person whose name is Len was sleazy, like there was a film of grease around him that just oozed off. He literally woul... read more

Karpet & Flooring Mart The only thing I agree with is the guys that did the project did a fantastic job. The project was done correctly and in a timely manor. The only thing Matt is complaining about is not hauling away the carpet. Per our agreement is says rip up carpet. we did not agree to haul away carpet. Mat is not polite and unprofessional .
