Ryan from Karpe Mechanical was fantastic! He was thorough, polite, professional, and left everything clean when he was finished. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, which means a lot. He took the time to explain everything and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Karpe Mechanical and will definitely use them again!
Ryan and Sandra at Karpe Mechanical were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were incredibly timely and informational, and followed through on everything they said they would. In the world of HVAC, there are tons of directions you can go, but I highly recommend you give Karpe mechanical a call to see if they can solve the problem at hand. I will be using that I’m moving forward!
We used Ryan Karpe Mechanical to replace our 20 year old a/c. It was at an extremely busy time (heat wave) and yet Ryan always communicated promptly and pleasantly; and was so impressive with his expertise. He went above and beyond repairing some things in our system that had been done incorrectly, explaining everything clearly and answering all of our questions. Besides that, we paid a very fair price! Hopefully this unit will also last 20 years! Thanks Ryan!
Ryan performed excellent work and was prompt and professional. I would recommend Karpe Mechanical to anyone in the Mpls Metro area!
Karpe was referred to us from our general contractor and it was a 1 and done process. They came out and diagnosed the issue with our A/C unit quickly followed by an assessment of the furnace. While some people might feel it as an "upsell", Karpe was incredibly transparent and candid with us, educating and advising on why it made sense to replace both. Now we have an A/C unit that has us wearing sweaters while it's 95 degrees out and a full HVAC unit that we tout when we sell our house some day. 10/10, would recommend!
