Great service unfortunately the phone number, listed on Google, never works right.
The service just went down the drain. Some lady picks up the call, I explain what I need and they just say hold on and hang up. Happened a few times now. Called a month back to bring my car in for service. They won't give you any prices over the phone as a way to lure you into the service center and rip you off. Yeah i know you cant quote without having a look but you damn sure know what a full tune up at 60k miles cost.
The people very helpful
Service rep was great and thorough. However, trying to call the service center and automatically going to a recording and then being asked to leave a voice mail is bad business. This happened several times when trying to call up, that needs to be fixed!
