The service advisor, Philip Dellisol, was excellent! Knowledgeable and friendly!
Karp Auto was a great place to do business with. We live a couple hours away from there and they held the SUV I wanted to look at for us. Everyone was so nice to us and the salesman Christopher Briones was great to work with. Chris helped us with all our answers and set up everything in the vehicle for us. Very pleased with the vehicle I bought from Karpand would recommend this dealership
Came here for an appointment for a simple NY state inspection. Took 2 hours to get done and staff/manager were VERY aggressive in trying to oversell additional service, questioning my refusal multiple times and asking for reasoning. Made me uncomfortable. Service staff were generally friendly, but not very good customer service from the desk staff, and unjustifiable wait times.
