Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they were disgusting Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning.
