The Representatives is always warm and friendly. Jordan was exceptional this past Friday. He has a contagious smile which to me signifies that I am so happy you stop in today to service your KIA.
I love Karp Kia! First and foremost, your front desk customer service employee Lauren L. and the young man who play-by-play, took care of my last service, Mike O. are EXCEPTIONAL AT WHAT THEY DO! They are friendly, informative and hardworking. I waited in the service waiting room for a few hours for my vehicle and noticed that they provided they same "above & beyond" service to all the customers. Always hustling! This is why I come back to Karp Kia.

I scheduled my appointment to address the leaking of water I. My passenger foot rest area for my 2025 Kia K4. I didn’t think too much of it because it clearly is under warranty. When I arrived, I was told by Jordan, the advisor, that something like that is considered maintenance and there would most likely be a charge for it.
