I scheduled my appointment to address the leaking of water I. My passenger foot rest area for my 2025 Kia K4. I didn’t think too much of it because it clearly is under warranty. When I arrived, I was told by Jordan, the advisor, that something like that is considered maintenance and there would most likely be a charge for it. Liked the professionalism, communication, and efficiency.
Brought in my Kia for a warranty to fix the break light, they told me they would call me when the part arrived, its been 5 months every time i call them they said the part has not arrived. Ordered the part, it arrived in 10 days and had it fixed. I am extremely disappointed at their service, wasted my time.
