I had a great experience working with Mitch at Karp Kia. I brought my Kia in with a no-crank, no-start issue while the car was still under warranty. I had already narrowed the problem down to a bad starter, which is covered by Kia’s warranty. I was upfront with Mitch that I was not looking to pay for any repairs if their diagnosis pointed to something not covered. I have been servicing my Kia sportage at this Kia Service Dept. I have had the best experience!! My service advisor Mitch is wonderful, helpful and can’t do enough to make every visit worthwhile. I would highly recommend this service dept!!
3 months ago I took my car in to get an oil change, that was done quickly, but they discovered that I had a broken passenger window. After that was fixed, when I drove home I found my passenger door lock was broken. It wasn't broken when I brought it in. Why didn't they tell me that they did that. They could've fixed it. I just did it myself. But I will never come back to this service department again.
Had brake service done here,Chris was my service advisor very nice and he even called after my pickup to make sure everything was done right and I was satisfied,very professional!
