Terrible customer service. End of story. They refused to give me an estimate on a Ferrari and walked off.
What horrible experience... I made the mistake of thinking that because this shop works on extremely expensive vehicles that they would have a better craftsmanship and work ethic then say MACCO! I was wrong. The process was a trying and miserable one. My car sat here for 30 days b4 they even did any work to it. Known Karosserie for years, having shared a building with their original location on Crooked Lane in King of Prussia in the mid-80s. Since then I have been doing post-repair inspections pursuant to diminished value claims for their customers. Their attention to detail and quality achieved on every job is the best, bar none.
