If I could give this mechanic zero stars I would. I went in to get my knock sensor fixed - and on my way home from getting that fixed at Karoomi's (not even 2 miles away and not on the freeway), my car caught on fire and was eventually declared totaled. I'm not sure what they did - but I'm pretty sure it directly impacted my car catching on fire. Thank God the kids weren't in the car with me. The auto repair shop I patronized for 3 years damaged my AC last month, and refused to correct the problem, leaving me without AC during the Sept heat wave. I checked out several other repair shops, but didn't feel confident about any of them. Then I came upon Karoomi's.
