In Apr 2021 the first contact with Karon was extremely informative. Over the course of a year, and the process of placing a new home on a lot, she helped connect all the dots and continued to be easily available and responsive, alleviating much of the stress in the transition to a new home. Now settled I'm confident that the comfort I've found to be true in residing here will be ongoing. Karon's dedicated efforts provide a pleasant, peaceful, safe & very well managed community to call home.
We have been living in our current home since 2001. We purchased it brand new from Karon Wagner. I could not be happier!! I still love my home!!! Fast forward 19 years and my 80 year old mom just bought a new home from Karon!!! My mom really wanted to be closer to me for medical reasons and we explained that to Karon.
