Shannon is not in charge anymore. The place is in bad shape. The new boss is Linda which is terrible. most of the room are empty , bed buds everywhere. the whole 2 nd floor is shut down. Please don't put your loved ones there..

was a previous employee here & this is the worst facility I have ever worked at. I am surprised shannon is still the administrator here. The building is old and rusty, medication was not passed properly, cna didn’t care about the residents well being, residents went hrs without being changed. residents had falls everyday. As an employee our money checks were late as well as worked hrs being taken away without telling. The whole building is a fiasco. most of these reviews are from previous staff. This is an awesome community!!! It’s very upbeat clean and smells WONDERFUL The staff is friendly and always have a smile on there faces. when they come in contact with Anyone they Greet them with a welcoming smile, the love they have for there residents is out of this WORLD!!! The administrator Shannon is nothing less then AMAZING 🤩 keep up the GREAT WORK EVERYONE this was all a lie she had us doing reviews thinking we was going to get $250 it was a scam she’s a scammer
As a housekeeping employee at karlwood gardens I love it it's one of the best jobs I've ever had the staff are amazing the residents are very sweet and nice the building looks and smells great I wouldn't want to work at any other place and last but not least my boss Shannon Fox is amazing she has a heart of gold she's very easy to deal with she's very respectful from the day she hired me she has been nothing but the best to me and to this building she takes very care of it and keep things in order I wouldn't trade her....
