I had my first appointment with Dr. K today. I expected her to be a bit intimidating, but surprisingly, I felt at ease with her right away, which is a rare experience for me. Advent is often criticized for having doctors who rush through appointments and just prescribe medications vs looking for root causes, but I didn't get that feeling with her.
