Dr. Prinz always very caring taking time to answer all my questions.
Valley Medical Group in Glen Rock is a beautiful facility. Dr Karola Prinz is very friendly and takes the time to answer all your questions. My wait time has never been more than 5 minutes and they are very accommodating when scheduling appointments. Having their own lab here is also very convenient. I would highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.

I used to love this doctor and had a great experience with her care. Unfortunately, over the past three weeks (more like over 6 weeks) I have been trying to get a prescription refilled and have had no success. Every time I call the office, I’m given a different explanation and told I’ll receive a callback, but no one ever follows through. It’s very frustrating, especially when the doctor herself was excellent.
