I would like to share that this doctor is very tentative in providing care to his patients. I have reached out to him directly, and received continuous help with numerous family members throughout the years. I am often able to communicate with this physician, as well as his office staff with ease, and the response time is almost immediate or within hours. Dr Arzoo's bedside manner lacks compassion. The sarcasm and talking down as if I'm incompetent for asking questions that I don't know the answers to made me feel stupid to even ask. He quickly dismissed the questions I had and even said, and I quote: "don't get emotional" when I made a anxious face to the steps I have to take for finding my diagnosis.
