Dr Arzoo's bedside manner lacks compassion. The sarcasm and talking down as if I'm incompetent for asking questions that I don't know the answers to made me feel stupid to even ask. He quickly dismissed the questions I had and even said, and I quote: "don't get emotional" when I made a anxious face to the steps I have to take for finding my diagnosis. I know him for many years when I was diagnosed with cancer but than now my mom is his patient he goes behind to just get the bottom of the problem and we are so helpful. He is the dr who find out her cancer and save her life I’m very grateful.
Dr Arzoo was amazing and spent over an hour answering all our questions. He took the time to explain everything and was very thorough. Absolutely recommend to everyone! Amazing bedside manner.
"My mother and I were at his office at the beginning of her cancer diagnosis. He was the first oncologist we saw by referral. Based on my mother's PET scan and bronchoscopy with biopsy results, it showed that the mass removed by bronchoscopy had cancerous cells, but thankfully it was localized. Additionally, one of the lymph nodes between her lungs was affected, and there were three small bony lesions on her pelvic bone. We were aware of the results.
