Great doctor, treated my mother, it was a very well planned outpatient surgery that went very smoothly. Pre and Post operation also were managed fluently. Dr Jacoby is really experienced and knows what she's doing.
Dr. Jacoby is great. She is very caring and gets to the point of the matter. I feel lucky to have had an appointment with her.
I waited months for this appointment which turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had. Although no diagnostic tests were completed, this provider recommended a completely unrelated treatment. I left a 'sample' and mentioned there was no label on the jar but was told, 'it's ok.' Needless to say, I never received the lab results. The second test couldn't be completed because the equipment battery was dead. The third test wasn't completed because they 'did not have anyone with the appropriate skills to complete it.'... read more
