I waited months for this appointment which turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had. Although no diagnostic tests were completed, this provider recommended a completely unrelated treatment. I left a 'sample' and mentioned there was no label on the jar but was told, 'it's ok.' Needless to say, I never received the lab results. The second test couldn't be completed because the equipment battery was dead. The third test wasn't completed because they 'did not have anyone with the appropriate skills to complete it.'... read more
She shared what information I needed to decide on what I should do. I really like her approach and honesty. I am in good hands.
Dr. Jacoby Is kind and very professional. Her whole team and staff are very Helpful, respectful and task oriented.
Dr. Jacoby is down- to -earth, listens, and offers options and solutions. Though, my issues are particulaly challenging due to Cancer and Radiation, I am confident I am in the right place. Even though not everything is fixable, I much appreciate the improvement. Anna her nurse is welcoming. Very pleased my Oncologist sent me to Dr.Jacoby! She's worth the long drive!
So far so good! Was my first time seeing her. Have another appointment for a procedure.
