A few Days ago my family and I were heading out of town in IHauls. The trailer behind my brother’s U-Haul came undone and the trailer fell. We were stranded on Jackson street in heavy traffic without a jack. The owner of Karnucopia and his friend pulled over to help us. They ended up spending an hour getting our rig back on the road. Submitted an online request for a quote for some work recently. This company never bothered to respond. Certainly understand that companies may prioritize the work they are willing to take on based on the size or potential earnings etc… but at least have the decency to respond and tell potential customers that. Karnucopia is definitely off my list of potential hires for any other work I might need in the future as well.
