Ron in sales was friendly and helpful. I wanted a unit in a color they did not have in stock but they put in extra work to get one from another dealer so I got exactly what I wanted. Also delivered the unit to my home for free.
The process was smooth the guys at the shop were informative and respectful. I love my bike and its only been less than a week. I would check them out if youre either getting into riding or just need something new!
The buying process, turn around time, as well as support and communication from Ron at Karns Performance was legendary.
