I recently purchased a bike from Karns Performance and have been back since a few times for help with minor things with the bike (installing aftermarket parts, buying a cover, buying a new helmet, etc). The staff is always friendly and helpful and I always feel welcome to ask questions as a beginner, even if they’re admittedly pretty obvious questions. I’ll definitely be planning to come back in the future when I’m looking for my next motorcycle.
Amazing customer service representatives were very helpful and also funny, helped me find a helmet that fit well and fit all of my needs for a good price. 6 stars
Bought a 2000 Suzuki Hayabusa back in March 2025 with low mileage she was giving me problems. Wasn’t sure what was going on with it, left me stranded at one point so I Walked up to Seth at karns I gave him a paper with complete detail on what I feel with the bike and stuff that I did and previous owners did to the bike also had stuff that I wanted them to install etc. he told me he will take care of it and he did.
