Brian is very good at his job.i think he focuses in the patient and the problem.the staff unfortunately is another story.they seem to be someone new there everyone I go.they are not nice and uneducated on there work place
I heard great things about this place until I called to ask a simple question and the lady Christina that answered the phone let me ask my question and hung up the phone on me.
Having a summit facility so close to home was very attractive to our busy family. Unfortunately this office is not a desireable option . The NP Brian is condescending and just plain rude, as are his staff who don't seem skilled or equipped enough to be running a medical office. (Blood draws take several attempts and various staff tries). Having tried this office for its convenience has proven to me that its far more worth a drive to feel confident in a medical provider . we no longer waste time with this office .
