We are absolutely disgusted with the lack of care for our dog in boarding this time. Luckily it was only for 1 night. We have trusted this place a few times in the past and had no issues. This time, when we were dropping our dog off, it was very rushed. She asked no questions. She took the bag of stuff and our dog and walked away. Karnik on Black took great care of my pups. I love the cameras so I can check in on them! Pups are always happy and tired when they come home. Also, love the fun days! Beach day is coming up. Oh how I wish I could have a beach day. Lucky Dogs! They were shiny squeaky clean felt and smelled amazing!
My dog has the best day with his furry friends and humans when he’s at daycare and I have the peace of mind knowing that he is being taken care of and burning off his energy. The second we turn on Black Rd he already knows where he’s going and he gets so excited. The building is always decorated so nicely on the inside and out. It’s always very clean and smells nice. We always get greeted so kindly and thanked when we leave. I would recommend Karnik on Black to anyone needing a daycare for your pup! Thank you to the am... read more
Extremely professional, courteous, and friendly service. The facility itself is amazing in design, presentation, and cleanliness. Their compassion in the recent death of one of our dogs, as well as another several years ago, exceeded any expectation. I would absolutely recommend Karnik On Black to anyone with canine family members.
My dog loves Karnik!! When we tell him where we’re going, he’s waiting at the door. Wonderful staff and extremely helpful and patient! We feel safe leaving our dog here. 5 stars!!!
