They do great work everyone to take their car there and great customer service
Loose lug nuts, stripped nuts, can't keep appointments, slowest tire shop ever. Everytime I went in they would tell me they someone quit so they were running behind

While traveling from St. Louis to Dallas, we hit a rock on the highway resulting in a flat tire. After putting on the donut spare, we found Karnes Pro Tire in Joplin. After explaining that we needed to hurry to get to a wedding, the friendly staff had us in and out within a half hour with a brand new tire. We made it to the wedding on time! Thank you Pro Tire.
These guys are awesome. I own an automotive shop in Greenwood Village, Co. I was in Joplin visiting my grandparents when I lost a wheel weight causing a nasty tire vibration on the highway. They got me in right away, at 3:00 in the afternoon, and got me taken care of. Great service! Thank you again~
