If you are planning on moving and building a home or placing a trailer that requires this company to put electric service in please reconsider. This has been an absolute nightmare for my family and this company has no feelings for what families are going through waiting for them to get to your job. If the company is so backlogged that they are making you wait 2 months for service to be placed I would think that the management would look at hiring more people. I have had service with Karnes elect for over 25 years ,they have always been very gracious ,helpful and gone the extra mile , Daniel & Yolanda are two of the nicest people I have ever met, Yolanda has always gone out of her way to help , don't know the other front desk clerks to well but they also have always been kind and helpful. Karnes electric is beyond rediculous!!! Just because they are the only power company for pleasanton, they think they can abuse their power, so sad. And the employees! Are the worse!!!
The victims of Pleasanton Tx have to pay outrages deposits for power!! A mother of 3 with only 300$ on her utility report from direct tv and her deposit to turn her power on is 1534.00$$ and she had to give them her 800.00$ dollar rent check down!!! And have the 743.00 paid with in 2 months! !! They are the only power company in Pleasanton Tx and karnes electric ABUSES THAT POWER!!!
