I had an appointment on October 7 and I was pretty nervous buttttt the entire staff made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff kicked it off with the positive energy, the lovely lady that took my vitals and weight was super kind , and the woman who took my labs was absolutely wonderful . I had no problems with my ex therapist Elizabeth until this past month. She made me wait 45 minutes for the first zoom appointment in which I then finally logged out. I texted her personal number and asked if she forget about me and responds with oh your name never showed up. For a better review be better nurses and better people
Phone system is terrible. Call the local number you are routed to Pleasanton, then it takes 2 hours plus for a call back! Rural health care at its finest!
