Please do yourselves a favor and don't file your taxes here. They never submitted my amended taxes. They are the worst of the worst. When I tried calling them to fax it, they pretended not to hear me and hang up the phone. When I asked to speak to their supervisor, they claimed not to have one and Mohammed Hasem is never in any of their locations. This was my first and last time filing taxes with them.
Outstanding service and customer support when filing my income tax return. I have been using their services for two years now and could not be happier. Keep up the good work!
