I had drove up to Sydney to swap vehicle, got in a little late due to heavy traffic in the CBD. I was very fortunate to be served by Mr. Moe Islam, even though it was past home time, he remained until I was all sorted with the vehicle swap and papers. Thanks again brother for your time and effort Moe. Trip back to Tumut was enjoyable on the new ride. Great customer service and good deliverance.

I have had nothing but trouble, first the car that was allocated wasn’t available, customer service is non existent on multiple occasions it was 3 or more days to get a return phone call. Staff will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. Going through department of fair trading for false advertisement and misrepresentation!!!!!!!
Waited an hour for my car. No empathy from the staff. They said it’s because it’s long weekend. Well they're profiting on my time. What do I expect in Sydney, such greedy and cold people.
From the start to the finish it was amazing service and professional - the shuttle service and receptionist were all 10/10 they need a pay rise for sure
