Absolutely love the experience with Karmo, especially with the Sydney Karmo Team. Professional, friendly and always providing timely, honest communication. The subscription model makes car ownership incredibly simple - I love not having to worry about insurance or servicing. Karmo really takes the stress out of having a car.

I returned a vehicle on December 20, 2025 and to date have not received a refund of my bond. I was also charged $50 for failure to make a report and $105.73 for “Other” with no explanation. I was involved in a collision where the other party was 100% liable. I made a report on the scene and have proof. After 16 phone calls and 4 emails, I have not received any responses.
