Wonderful. Karen did our 6/11/11 wedding and is the most upfront, honest businessowner in the Keys. We have dealt with many people in the Keys in planning our wedding, and Karen was one of the few that kept in contact with us consistently, kept us up to date on costs and made PHENOMENAL food. She made had beef tenderloin (which was so tender everyone thought it was prime rib) and mango mahi (even the non-seafood eaters loved it) for our dinner.
