I am working on healing some soft shoulder tissue tears and tendonitis and one of the issues with soft tears is getting more oxygen and blood flow to those tissues to help them heal correctly and faster. Amy has done several sessions on me with a combination of Cryotherapy and therapeutic massage and it is healing fabulously and faster! I highly recommend anyone dealing with any soft tissue injuries to see Amy and also for regular prevention and maintenance of the soft tissues for bodywork!
