Have had a great experience with Williams Physical Therapy! Never thought my rotator cuff would ever be comfortable much less pain free. After working with Karmen, Amy and everyone else was tremendous and I was treated extremely well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical therapy.
Went for my initial visit today. Filled out paperwork and then sat being ignored by therapists and office personnel for 20 minutes. I counted 17 times where a physical therapist walk within 6 ft of me and failed to acknowledge that I was there. Told them as I walked out this place not for me. Called George Erb who was very accommodating and immediately set up my first 8 weeks of PT. Guess they are so busy that they don't need new clients.
Second time going with Dylan and he’s such a personable and professional massage therapist! I highly recommend.
