The building was very clean, smelled great, and a had great overall spa environment. I had a pedicure and 60 minute massage. The manicurist took her time to pick the right color for me and was patient with removing my previous SNS nails. The massage therapist educated me on the massage I was receiving and was very conscious of my privacy and ensuring that I was comfortable. I have been going to Karmels since I moved into the area approx 4 years ago, I loved the environment and the employees have always been very kind every time I have been there. I had an appt scheduled for a Saturday at 11am that I had to reschedule due to spending the evening in the ER. I called Saturday at 8am and left a voicemail stating I wouldn't be able to make it. I love the Karmel's experience. Everyone is very friendly and so down to Earth. It is a clean environment with great music and snacks. My technician Brittany always does a great job too. I would highly recommend Karmel's to others.
Best Christmas gift ever! I've never been to a spa before and Karmels was everything I was hoping for. The staff were so sweet and professional. Can't wait to go back!!
