She is very kind, patient, informative and best of all honest about the entire process of bankruptcy. Don't let that big smile fool you. She answered every question that I had and gave me things to think about. She doesn't hold back telling you the TRUTH and making you face your reality. I have to tell you KARMEL is one of a KIND!!! She told me when I met her that she stays on her client's back and will call them every minute and even come by their house if her call's aren't returned. I thought it was a joke. I was working over time for two weeks and had not gotten back with her about paperwork she needed for me. THIS WOMAN CAME TO MY HOUSE and would not leave until she got my paperwork. She saved my house and could have just let my case dismiss. You gotta love her!! lol
She let me cry for 30 mins on her shoulder before we started the process. She took her time and made sure I understood everything.
