Updated 4-2-26. Keanu Fernandez, Service Manager reached out. Took the time to understand the concerns, ordered the parts needed, within a week, had the parts, picked my car up from up country and had everything installed and taken care of a few days later. The service department has done a great job of taking care of me and my 2019 VW Atlas. I can not say enough great things about how they have handled the situations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for respectable individuals on island.
Horrible service. On going issues for the past 9 months. Poor communication. We have come to pick the vehicle up 3 separate times and each time they forgot to complete one of the repairs. They don’t have anyone inspecting the vehicles before they leave. After waiting another 3 months for a part to get in, Of course after we get there to pick it up they realize they did not even order one of the parts yet. So more wait time.
