Was lucky they had the tire I need on order (no one else I called had it in stock), but when I went to pay they upcharged me $30-40 with no explanation. When I asked why the sudden price jump, they took the price back down to the quote (again, no explanation), but it was so suspicious I won't come here unless I have to. They also quoted me extremely high for an alignment, so I am going elsewhere. Just can't shake the feeling they are going to try and rip me off. Brought IDBuzz in for recalls that should have taken one day to do. you kept the car for 10 days. I left the island and I had to phone everyday to find out if and when the car will be returned to me and also arrange to get someone to put my car in my garage. I am still not sure if the vehicle has made it home yet.

I KarMART and have gone to them for many years. They are always so nice , and also have a nice comfortable waiting room. .
My vehicle service was easy to schedule online and had lots of availability to choose from. I was greeted immediately when entering the center and given an estimate of 1-2 hours for completion. My car was done within an hour and I received communication and updates via text. This is my second service since purchasing my vehicle and had a great experience both times.
