We had the most relaxed experience at KarMART thanks to CJ Muller. We thought we would stop in and research our dream car. CJ greeted us right when we walked in and offered to help us. CJ worked with our time constraints, followed up with us when we texted with questions, kept it simple and with no pressure. We appreciated the honest openness that we felt. So now, guess what, we have our first electric vehicle / ID Buzz! We were so impressed with their attitude at KarMART and ended up buying. Thank you for your ALOHA!
Once the deal was made all those promises were not kept had missing buttons on a brand new car they said they would call to have them replaced no calls in a year no calls about service to my vehicle that they said they would do.
Scott was AMAZING!! Made everything so easy! Did almost everything over the phone so that when I got there all I had to do was sign. Fastest process ever! Thank you again!!
