From the minute I walked in I was impressed. A staff member pointed me in the right direction. I checked in at the doctor's office and was greeted by a warm professional staff member. I met with the Doctor and was extremely impressed with the time spent explaining things to me in a way a non medical person can understand. I went to the Oxford location a few days later for some tests and once again had an amazing experience.
I am confused as to why I saw a 3 1/2 star rating on this site… But I would like to say that these people have made such a Positive impact of my life, saved my life and continue to be supportive three years after I have been in remission I would never recommend any other medical facility! Their honest, trustworthy and extraordinarily compassionate thank you to everyone at Clarkston Karmanos Cancer Institute
Was told babies aren't allowed in the waiting room? I'm sorry what? I was asked to move downstairs and then told by staff I couldn't be downstairs either.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Frazier. Very pleasant. Staff is great. I even had a job interview in the middle of my appointment. They did not make me reschedule and allowed me to access to their conference room to do my interview which took about a half an hour. After the interview, my appointment continued. I am a bit disappointed about the hours. Makes it difficult to obtain treatment (radiation) If you work. Yes, I can use my lunch hour however, I have to account for drive time. Btw I did get the position
