Extremely rude. They try to push you to unnecessary procedures and extort money from you. The receptionist who called me was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked about insurances - the receptionist was completely unhelpful. Also said that she is not sitting there to inform me about insurance- this reply i find very disturbing and extremely unprofessional. Donot recommend atall. We had Belle do our 20 week anatomy scan and she was so lovely! She made what can be a nerve-wracking hour a very calm and peaceful experience. She gave clear explanations of what was happening, brought my husband in and very thoroughly showed us all of the different parts of our baby, and overall she was just kind and pleasant to talk to and had great calming music in the background. Phenomenal staff and exceptional customer service. Everyone is always very well organized, super knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. My husband and I owe them so so much for all their help during our fertility journey and eventual pregnancy. The best ultrasound clinic ever!
Called to book my dating ultrasound and the receptionist was so rude. To be honest, it was very off putting dealing with her. She made a snarky comment because I didn’t have my doctor’s billing number handy. Once we arrived, check in was easy and the place is spacious. My ultrasound technician was great and made you feel completely comfortable. They do print you out a picture but it’s from a computer printer, so the quality isn’t the greatest unless you’re probably further along and the baby is in a good position. Not sure i... read more
Expensive equipment Clean premises Good facilities All that doesn't matter if the staff are unable to provide good experience. Ultrasound technician we visited was poor in communication, probably doesn't like the job and just wanted to get it over with. Lots of potential, maybe just train the staff a bit more?
