From the very beginning of the guys coming out to take a look at what was needed, to the sit down review of work to be done and options I could choose from to fix the problem, the responsiveness until the day they got there to fix the job. We were extremely pleased about the work performed by Karma roofing from roof inspection, insurance claim assistance, installation and inspection. The crew that performed the roof replacement were so thorough. They performed a detailed inspection of the site to make sure that there were no debris or nails were left on the ground after the project was completed.
