I’ve been trying to reach this clinic for several days to book an appointment, but unfortunately, no one answers the phone. It’s extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with something as time-sensitive and emotionally important as fertility care. Consistent communication is a basic expectation, and it’s disappointing to experience this level of unresponsiveness from a professional medical clinic. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their patient support.
Everyone at this clinic is very professional and friendly, from the Dr., to the NP, nursing staff and front office staff. They explain everything and are always open to answering questions. They give you options and allow you to make informed decisions about your care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for fertility treatment.
I have nothing but great things to say about Generation Fertility Waterloo. The nurses are SO helpful, kind and attentive. They always answer questions fast through email and answering them in person too. The experience and the process with them has been so great. Highly recommend!
