Dust your shop. It’s a piercing shop, it really needs to be clean. When I first moved up to Cairns, I came in and bought a piece of jewellery. I asked the older woman (I assume she’s the owner or part-owner) if she could help me fit it and even offered to pay. Instead, I was told I needed to book and was spoken to in a way that made me feel stupid for even asking. That experience was enough for me to walk past ever since instead of going back in. visited Karma House to ask for some advice about a piercing, and unfortunately, I had a really upsetting experience. Before I could even finish explaining my situation to one staff member, another staff member interrupted me and made a comment, accusing me of not following instructions — without even hearing me out. staff are extremely rude. the piercer messed up both mine and a family member’s piercings; my eyebrow was pierced incorrectly (not deep enough) therefore rejected and migrated heavily and easily got infected. it was also pierced sideways when i asked for it straight. my family member had the exact same issue with their cheek dermal; it was not done deep enough and it literally fell out after rejecting for a few months. DO NOT GO HERE.
