Just the rudest woman. We were 1 minute late for an appointment and trying to park the car. Raised her voice and kept calling me “love”. I said we can cancel and rebook and she hung up on me. So unnecessary.

I booked a piercing appointment for my 8 year old child. We spent an hour numbing her earlobes and arrived at the shopping centre on time, but little one needed the toilet, so we were 2.5 minutes late. The piercing staff, sneered at me and told me that because we were late she would not do the piercing. I asked for clarification. I said that I had not been told about cancellation for being less that five minutes late. She was very rude. My daughter started crying. We left. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I visited with concerns about bumps that had developed around my piercing and was hoping for some professional advice. The staff member assisting me was very dismissive and appeared uninterested in helping. When I explained the issues I was having, she didn’t even look at my piercing. Her colleague asked her for further advice, but she still didn’t take the time to assess the situation.
