Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I visited with concerns about bumps that had developed around my piercing and was hoping for some professional advice. The staff member assisting me was very dismissive and appeared uninterested in helping. When I explained the issues I was having, she didn’t even look at my piercing. We had such a wonderful experience with Carly doing ear piercings for a 2 year old, 10 month old and 12 year old. She was incredible in how she made everyone so comfortable! No tears were shed, it was such a beautiful milestone experience that I will now recommend Karma House to anyone looking for piercings for themselves or their children. Highly recommend!
