visited Karma House to ask for some advice about a piercing, and unfortunately, I had a really upsetting experience. Before I could even finish explaining my situation to one staff member, another staff member interrupted me and made a comment, accusing me of not following instructions — without even hearing me out. Amazing piercer, very kind and experienced. Was messed around at skin kandy so happy with karma house
staff are extremely rude. the piercer messed up both mine and a family member’s piercings; my eyebrow was pierced incorrectly (not deep enough) therefore rejected and migrated heavily and easily got infected. it was also pierced sideways when i asked for it straight. my family member had the exact same issue with their cheek dermal; it was not done deep enough and it literally fell out after rejecting for a few months. DO NOT GO HERE.
I LOVE Karma House!! I have had 7 piercings done there and each time they are so nice and helpful with my questions. The lady with the split dyed hair is an ANGEL she is so sweet and always awnsers all my questions. She has done most of my piercings and is very professional and accomodating. The room and equipment all feel very sanitary and it's a very nice environment. Will be going back for another piercing soon!!
Honestly so rude. I have had multiple piercings done with karma house and I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on crystals and jewellery over the years. It's the first store I enter every time I'm in Stockland, so I couldn't believe how unprofessional I was spoke to on the phone. I was no longer able to attend my appointment and had no way of contacting the store as my phone was disconnected.
