The staff here are total legends; super friendly and knowledgeable and just generally awesome people! Karli, who did my piercings, is 100/100 in her friendliness/conversation as well as her knowledge, skill and professionalism. She also calmed my nerves and was quick and gentle with a piercing (that I’ve had a few times before) which has been way more painful at other places! An amazing experience at this lovely store! I highly recommend visiting them when at Earlville shopping mall, and supporting this small business :)

I was deeply disappointed to hear about a recent experience at Karma House in Earlville, Cairns. Yesterday, staff were extremely rude and confrontational toward a group of young girls, immediately accusing them of theft without any evidence or even conducting bag checks. Calling the police in this situation felt completely unjustified and created an intimidating, unwelcoming environment for them I hope management addresses this to prevent similar incidents in the future. 1/5 stars.
