I was shocked reading the other review, especially about Elaine. She has been cutting my hair for many years now, and I feel that she is an excellent beautician; I can only leave her a 5 star review. I wouldn't have anyone else touch my hair. The salon is itself is gorgeous, love the way they have it set up. I have never had to wait long in the sitting area, but while waiting and watching all the other beauticians, everyone seems very professional and happy.
I made a huge mistake going to this salon just because it was a short drive from my home. I had gone in person to make an appointment to inquire about who had experience in highlighting. Elaine threw massive chemicals on my head, telling me it would bring back my natural blond. Then she drowned my hair with massive amounts, again, with what she called "low lites"; a dark brownish substance just smeared around haphazardly. It got worse.
