I came from Montreal, Canada for my cousin’s wedding at booked an appointment at Karma to get my hair done. I was a tad worried going somewhere I had never been especially for a special event. Maureen was an absolute sweetheart and I love how she styled my hair! I’m so happy O got my hair done at Karma. Thanks again Maureen!
Came here to get my roots bleached and touched up, waited 2-3 weeks for my apt, just to be turned away the moment I got in the chair bc my stylist didn’t have enough time for me and my apt was “booked incorrectly.” I’m extremely disappointed bc this was my first time visiting a salon in MA since moving here and this is how I get treated.
Went today for the first time. I had Sue. The place was clean and comfy. Sue did and great job.
I love sue! She is the best. The people are always so nice here. Great service every time I go!
