Owner is a kind and nice guy and knows his trade. He replaces the window mechanism with the same system to not to damage the frame, gives 1 year warranty and comes within a day when you call him for any problems with the windows he fixed. In my case the problem was lock was disturbing the frame coz of the weather change, and his warranty was for the springs and yet he still showed up and did not charge me. I had the pleasant experience to gain some knowledge and have Ayman come and assess the damage on my exterior door. He was extremely professional and was very willing to work with me and my busy schedule, he was even went the extra mile to schedule me in for next day service! Ayman from this company gave me phenomenal service. First of all I will say he is the kindest sweetest man! He made every arrangement totally accommodating to me, my dogs and my schedule! Went out of his way to make sure I was happy. 1000 stars!! Also his quality of work was amazing, professional clean and perfect.
