Easy pick up and return procedure. The campervan was exceptionally clean, well-stocked and set up. I was impressed with the comfy bedding and climate control and the smooth driving of the vehicle. I am looking forward to renting again!

This is a good company that is responsive and helpful. The van is nice to drive, has good ventilation, good heating and comfortable for two people. Four people works if two are children as the top bunk is very tight for head room. There is no ladder for the top bunk so it requires stepping on the counter top to get into the top bed. There were thing wrong with the van such as only one burner worked on the two burner stove, the fresh water tap leaked all over the floor, the driver's chair did not swivel. We loved renting our campervan from Karma for a trip through the Canadian Rockies. From booking to pickup to drop-off, everything went super smoothly and we loved the campervan itself! Highly recommend booking through them, as we will probably be doing for any future trips.
