I received A shrug sweater for Christmas from a friend. The sweater was not my style so I decided to return it and maybe I'd find something else. I took the sweater into the store and they told me I could not return it unless I had a gift receipt. I did not receive a gift receipt in my gift from my friend so now am I supposed to call her and ask her for receipt so I can return it? Hi Jamie, So sorry to hear about your experience. It is our policy to not accept returns without a receipt as stated on our sign by the register and on our store receipts. We offer promotions to our customers, so if we don't have the original receipt, we have no way of knowing what price the item was purchased at. Did you ask to speak to a manager to see if they could resolve the problem?
