So I got my ears done here in 2020 and the man was nice to me and I was happy! However I got my septum pierced and the next morning I woke up and it fell out of my nose. I called the man and explained the situation fully expecting him to re-pierce it no issues or at least a heavy discount. When I said I didn't have the money yet he said "I don't know what to tell you" with a shift in tone. I wasn't happy to hear I would have had to pay full price. He was always nice to me before. I went in yesterday for a septum piercing and I was very nervous, very scared, Sheema reassured me and was so kind!! I cried a little bit but she was extremely gentle and made my first piercing such a memorable and comfortable experience (as comfortable as getting stabbed can be haha!) She went over piercing aftercare and made sure I understood what I needed to do to take care of it. Sheema and Alex were phenomenal! Alex educated my mother and I FIRST and Sheema made the piercing so seen less!!!! We got our noses pierced. It didn't hurt, just a pinch. Highly recommend 10/10

If you need a piercing, Karma is the place to go!!! Both piercers are so kind and informative. They actually care about you and educate you if you do not have the right anatomy for a specific piercing you were asking for and will offer suggestions on alternative options. I always come here for any of my piercings! Cannot recommend them enough wish I could give them 100 stars!!!
