My husband and I were nervous about the whole building thing. Karlsen homes have been more than amazing! Chris has walked through everything with us and has made everything so easy to understand. They go above and beyond! These builders are highly skilled and many people that we know have said to have Karlsen Homes build our house. We are so thankful for them and are so happy we chose them. You will be in the best hands!
I began our project about two years ago. The build was complete after six months and I've been enjoying the house for the last year and a half. Throughout the project, my primary contact was Marcus. Overall, the project went as expected, which is good. Marcus was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive during the build and after the completion. I have had the privilege of working for Karlsen Homes for the past 8 years. Karlsen Homes does an excellent job at building strong relationships with home owners and they will take the time necessary to guide customers through the steps of the building process. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a quality builder that puts the customer first.
The Karlsen’s and their team (Marcus is our foreman) have been excellent to work with so far on our home. They’ve been responsive, dependable and flexible as well. We have had multiple things we have wanted to change part way through the project and they have been very flexible through every step of the way.
