We recently was at the Mitchell store and purchased a new washer and dryer. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. We scheduled a delivery time. Thats where it all ended. We were scheduled for the first delivery of the day and no one showed up. We called into the store and was told he would contact the delivery and call us back, which never happened.
