We buy hundreds of appliances a year and John lost my business. Communication is 1/10. Organization is same. Easily the worst salesman I’ve ever worked with. Bob and Leroy are great though.
Called to have a tv repaired and they said they wud not know where to get the parts lol! So I fixed it myself using u tube!!!
Bought a washer, dryer and freezer from them a month ago still don't have the dryer. Then ontop of that when they delivered the freezer and washer they brought a unmatching dryer and tried to get us to take it because it was cheaper when we already paid for the matching one. Called them and they said it'll be another week before it's delivered because they only deliver on Wednesdays? What a joke
Bob was awesome in repairing our washing machine. Great customer service 👏
Our new appliances are perfect...we live 40 miles from Mitchell and the delivery service and set up were very thorough. Excellent servixe!
