Keep driving We purchased a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator from Karls a few years ago. I was assured that it was as good as quality as a Kenmore from the sales rep. I was told they make them in the same factory. He talked me into it and I've been sorry every since. I have had to replace the broken ice maker just about every year on it. Fair selection, fair prices This is where we buy most of our appliances. Every time it's time to buy a new oven, dishwasher, etc. we compare prices for stores in the area and Karl's is always the one with the lowest prices and best selection in the area. You might do better if you drove a couple of hours to a bigger city, but it's the best you'll find around here.
Bad Poor Horrible Service Very poor quality business. Bought a new 50 in led tv had it for 3 months and had to send it in for service. That is where the story begins had problems from the get go until finally they came and got the tv and never bothered to bring a loaner it has been over 3 weeks and still no word. I think this is a piss poor way to do business and will NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase anything from them again very disappointed in every aspect of their service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dashboard By Karl's is awesome These guys rock!! If you want car audio in the sioux falls area there is NO other place to go. They have expensive brands but they really know what to do. Very helpful. thanks guys.
Small clean shop The shop is small but they do have a variety of products and knowledgable staff. They had some great brands and great prices. All of the staff that works there is very young though.
No Knowledge Went to Dashboard it was like going to high school all over. Had very little knowledge of product. Didn't have much good product to choose from. Felt like I was a bother to them.
This is the place!!! They have the best brands and installation anywhere. If you want custom work done they are the only place to go!! I was completly satisfied with these guys. I won't go anywhere else PROS: Brands, Service, Knowledge CONS: n/a
