I can tell you this - I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH KARL'S APPLIANCE in North Branch, MN again. You have HORRIBLE customer service!!!! We had a defective Maytag stove (oven wouldn't work, stove top did) that Karl's agreed to deliver and install. When the installer brought the new stove he wasn't aware that we needed a propane conversion kit installed. Even though we had the kit, because Maytag did not TELL him to install it, he didn't.
