On 3/31/2022, I called Karl’s Appliance in Yankton, SD, to see if they could repair my Whirlpool gas oven. The service man who I was transferred to, asked me what the model # was & when I started reading it from the oven door, he says “NOT from the manual. Put your glasses on, grab a flashlight & pull out the oven drawer”. He was quite sarcastic & I told him he was rude & I would find someone else. I will not do business with a company that has a person on their payroll as such.
