Service team is terrible. Spoke with Kristen and Moriah on multiple occasions on the parts for my fridge that came damaged, and its now been a YEAR and its still not fixed due to there parts team not ordering parts when they tell me they have, or there service guy canceling the morning of the repair. The 2 service ladies are rude and disrespectful on the phone. My husband and I have both taken off of work to have the service guy come out for them to cancel us at the last minute.
