I am a commercial operator but also require equipment for my own domestic use such as battery operated equipment. I have only had first rate service weather it is for searching for the right machinery I need depending on terrain and also the service required to get me back on the road when things on site go wrong . Staff ,all of them are friendly and all have the necessary knowledge to help . Can’t recommend the business and the family that run and service this business
I have been dealing with Karls Mowers for years. Since moving to EGO products, I have purchased a lawnmower, edger, hedge clipper, chain saw and two batteries. After sales service has always been knowledgeable, friendly, professional and prompt. Recently when I had a battery that would not charge and appeared 'dead.' An enormous shout out to Adam from Karla Mowers as I tried to get help from another company, only needing two screws for my whipper snipper, as something had fallen off, yet the other company apparently were not mechanically minded enough to he so couldn't help me with two screws, like seriously!!!!, so thankyou Adam again for the simple help in life for a single mum... Even little blessings go along way

So grateful for the knowledge and expertise of the team at Karl's mowers. I have been looking for an air filter for my Ferrex Mower (aldi) for almost 2 months. Have tried multiple times to contact the supplier to order but no response. I took the filter out of my mower and showed the team at Karl's mowers. They didn't have the exact air filter but the team member (who's name I can't recall) suggested a filter for a Suzuki mower. Same material just a different size and shape.
